Terms and conditions

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms apply when you use onsetframe.com or order a video from us. By sending a project request or paying for one, you agree to them. Please read them with our refund policy, delivery policy and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

In these terms, "OnsetFrame", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs onsetframe.com, and "you" means the person or business ordering from us.

2. What we make

We make short video ads for products. Each video in a standard package includes:

  • A script written for your product
  • Visuals created with AI tools and edited by our team
  • Voiceover, music and captions
  • A finished edit up to 30 seconds long, in one agreed format (9:16 unless we agree otherwise)
  • One round of revisions

Standard packages and their prices are listed on our home page. Enterprise batches and custom projects are priced in a written quote, and anything the quote says about scope, formats, languages or revisions applies to that project.

3. Placing an order

When you send a request, we create a private project page for you. A request is not a paid order. Your order is confirmed once we record your payment on that page.

We may decline a project before production starts, for example if the product is one we do not advertise (see section 9). If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

  • Package prices are shown on our home page in the currency offered for your country. The price you see is the full price you pay. For customers in India it includes GST. Custom and enterprise quotes show any tax separately.
  • You pay the full amount before production starts, using the payment option shown on your project page.
  • We send an invoice for every payment. Customers in India get a GST invoice.
  • We never ask for card, UPI PIN or bank login details by chat, phone or email.

5. What you send us

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us: product photos and videos, logos, packaging, music, scripts and the likeness of any person shown. You are responsible for the product claims you ask us to include being true and legal. We can refuse to include a claim we believe is misleading, such as a medical cure or a guaranteed result.

6. How the videos are made

AI tools generate the footage, and our team directs, edits and checks it against the product photos you send. AI footage can still differ from your real product in small details such as text on a label, colours or proportions. Check the preview carefully before you approve it. Once you approve a preview, you confirm it represents your product accurately enough to publish.

7. Revisions and approval

Each video includes one round of revisions. A revision changes the video we made: pacing, words, voice, music, captions or which shots are used. A new idea, a different product or a new script counts as a new video. Extra revision rounds are quoted before we start them.

If you do not approve or send notes within 14 days of a preview, we remind you on your project page. If there is still no reply 14 days after that reminder, we treat the preview as approved and deliver the final files.

8. Who owns the videos

Once you have paid in full, you may use the final videos to advertise and market your brand on any platform, in any country, with no time limit. We keep the rights to our own tools, prompts, templates and working files.

We do not publish your videos or use them in our portfolio unless you give us written permission. We only add music and voices that we are allowed to use in commercial ads.

9. What we do not make

We do not make ads for, or containing:

  • Illegal products or services, weapons, drugs, tobacco or gambling
  • Adult or sexual content
  • Political or election material
  • False health, medical or financial claims
  • Real people, celebrities or other brands' trademarks used without their permission
  • Content meant to deceive, harass or harm anyone

10. Cancellations and refunds

Production starts as soon as you pay, so paid orders cannot be cancelled for a refund. We refund you in full if we decline your project or cannot deliver a video you paid for. The full rules and timelines are in our refund, return and cancellation policy.

11. Limits of our responsibility

If a video we deliver does not match what these terms promise, we will fix it. Refunds apply only in the cases listed in our refund policy. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for the videos concerned.

We do not promise any number of views, clicks or sales. Advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and YouTube decide whether to approve an ad. If a platform rejects a video because of something in the creative, we will adjust it within your revision round. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in place on the day you paid applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve it.

14. Contact

Email care@onsetframe.com. We reply within 1 business day. More ways to reach us are on the contact page.
