What is OnsetFrame?
OnsetFrame is an AI video ad studio for D2C and ecommerce brands in any country. Send product photos and links, and we make ready-to-post video ads up to 30 seconds for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta, each checked by human editors against the real product. Send an enquiry and we reply with a quote.
Will the ad look AI-made?
AI makes the footage. Our editors cut it, fix anything that looks off and check it against your real product. You see a preview before anything is final.
How long are the videos?
Up to 30 seconds each, in one agreed format. 9:16 works for Reels, Shorts and Meta ads.
What do I need to send?
Clear product photos or a short clip. A product page link, brand guidelines or ads you like also help. You upload everything on your project page.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to the ad we made, such as pacing, words, music or which shots are used. A new idea is a new video.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many videos you need and what goes into them. Send us an enquiry with the form on this page and we reply with a quote.
When do you start, and how fast is it?
As soon as you accept the quote, pay and send your brief. A single video gets its first preview in 1 to 2 business days. 5 or 10 videos take 3 to 5 business days, depending on revisions and how quickly you send any inputs we ask for.
How do I pay?
Once you accept our quote you pay securely online, then tell us about your brand and send your product assets. We never ask for card details in chat or email.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Production starts as soon as you pay, so paid orders are not refundable. If we cannot deliver a video you paid for, you get a full refund. The details are in our refund policy, linked at the bottom of this page.
What if we need 25 videos or more?
Say so in your enquiry. Tell us how many videos and which products, and we send one quote for the whole batch.
