What to Send Your AI Video Ad Studio: A Product Assets Checklist

Send clear product photos from the front, side and back, one photo of the product in use, your product page link, your brand's website or Instagram, who buys the product, the voiceover language, and one line on what the video should show. That is enough for a studio to script and produce an accurate AI video ad.
Photos and clips
Photos are the single biggest factor in how accurate your ad looks.
- Front, side and back on a plain background
- Label, logo or engraving readable in at least one photo
- One in-use or worn photo
- A short clip of the product, if you have one
- Your logo as a PNG

A product page link gives the studio your price, variants and claims in your own words. Your website or Instagram shows your colours, tone and the kind of content your buyers already see.
Three answers that shape the script
You do not need to write a brief. Three short answers are enough.
- Who buys it, for example working women in metro cities
- Which language the voiceover should be in
- What this video should show: an offer, a feature, a mood or a line you want said
Common mistakes that cause a redo
Most changes we are asked for trace back to what was sent at the start, not to the ad itself.
- Only one photo, so the sides and back of the product have to be guessed
- Filtered or edited photos, which shift the product's real colour
- No size given, so the product looks too big or too small in a scene
- Claims added after the preview, which means rewriting the script
- A different variant in the photos than the one you want to sell
Ordering more than one video
On OnsetFrame, a 5 or 10 video pack gives you one short card per video. Each card can be a different product, or the same product with a different angle. Leave a card's product name empty and it uses the product from video 1.

What file types can I upload?
JPEG, PNG and WebP images, PDF, MP4 and MOV video, and MP3 or WAV audio, up to 50 MB per file. You can upload as many files as you need.
Do I have to write the script?
No. The script is written for you and is part of the price. If you have lines or claims that must appear, add them in the notes.
Can I add more photos after I submit?
Yes. You can keep adding files and editing your answers on your project page while the project is open.
